Other (Night Out & Resort):
Returns within 7 days from the date of items arrival.
Exchange within 7 days from the date of items arrival.

Outlet:
No Exchange or returns.

 

General Note:

  • Returns apply to unused, unworn items with their labels still attached and fully intact. Weaving Grace packaging should be returned in the same condition it was received (box, bag, etc.).
  • Returns that do not meet Weaving Grace Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed. We will inform you with an e-mail of the status of your return in case it was declined.
  • A courier will be sent to pick up the refunded items and courier fees will apply to be paid by the client. Upon inspecting the items in Weaving Grace warehouse, and making sure it complies with our refund policy your payment will be fully refunded the same way it was received within 7 to 10 business days.
